Emma Yoga London offers an array of classes to meet the needs of individual clients using a holistic perspective and integrating a variety of yoga styles, from power yoga to dynamic, restorative to therapeutic. With an interest in general fitness and wellbeing, Emma Yoga London blends strength training and elements of Pilates into classes, along with all-important breath-work, helping individual clients feel empowered, balanced, and in control of their health and wellbeing.

With over 15 years of experience, Emma is a Senior Yoga Teacher who has taught in some of London's top studios such as The Life Centre, YogaHome, Move Your Frame and Total Chi, as well as on UK-based retreats. She also has extensive experience delivering yoga in corporate settings, having worked with a wide range of high-profile organisations to support workplace wellbeing.

Emma offers one-to-one yoga lessons, weekly corporate classes, monthly, quarterly or one-off corporate workshops, small group classes, and also specialises in women's health, both pre and postnatal. Emma's lighthearted, upbeat approach makes the sessions accessible for all, and most importantly, fun.
